What happens once we have your form
We read what you sent.
A broker looks at the work you do and checks what insurance your contracts or platforms ask you to hold.
We get back to you.
We aim to reply within 24 hours, by phone or email, and ask for anything the insurers need.
We ask insurers to quote.
Out of the more than 160 insurers we deal with, we ask the ones that cover work like yours. We aim to bring you 2 to 12 quotes.
You choose.
We explain what each quote covers and leaves out, and arrange the one you pick.

Get a quoteDo I need to come into the office?
No. A broker can sort out your cover over the phone and by email, from anywhere in Australia.
What should I have ready before I call?
Have your ABN handy if you have one, plus the supports you give and anything a contract or platform says about insurance. If you already hold a policy, have it handy too.
Can I call on the weekend?
The office is closed on weekends. Send the quote form or an email on a Saturday or Sunday, and we'll get back to you once we're open again.
